We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please read the terms and check back often. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions or any changes that might be made then you must immediately stop using the site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Prices shown on www.lieselotcosijns.com are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. You can change currency at will at the same terms & conditions.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Lieselot Cosijns – Group R bvba will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Payment can be made by Paypall, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on www.lieselotcosijns.com. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Lieselot Cosijns – Group R bvba. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. It is not allowed to exploit the artwork in any way as it appears on the product, incorporating the name of the publication and any other material added by Lieselot Cosijns. The artist retains the copyright in the drawing or the artwork as used, and also keeps the original artwork. Commercial use of the texts, descriptions, images or similar is not permitted without the express permission of the copyright holder. Any Violation of the author's rights will result in liability for damages and will be prosecuted

You have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 days of receipt by e-mail to: info@lieselotcosijns.com. For orders cancelled within the 7 day period, we will issue you with a refund or store credit (including the shipping cost). However, you will need to return the entire order to us in good condition.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you insure the return shipment of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds and store credits will be issued within 10 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Items should be returned unused and with the designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a store credit refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as dust bags, and other tags should be included with your return.
